I always thought this as well! Although Hammersmark’s end was unnecessary, I can’t help but compare it to that Shosanna/Zoller scene. Hammersmark’s ending was a violation, while Shosanna’s was almost romantic, in a very Tarantino way.

Sometimes I forget that
- I’m Canadian
- Hockey happens
- I could end up eating at the same restaurants as Mike Fisher and my friends will freak out
- Americans can side-eye me for spelling “favourite” with a U with the assumption that I’m trying to appear “more British”
- but really I’m just Canadian and they look foolish
